Douglas Horne
Douglas Horne graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University in 1974 with a B.A. in History, and served on active duty in the Navy, eventually as a Surface Warfare Officer. He worked for the Navy in various capacities for 20 years. In the 1990s, his position as Chief Analyst for Military Records on the government’s Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB) allowed him unprecedented access to government records, evidence and witnesses regarding every facet of President Kennedy’s assassination. Horne’s five book series, “Inside the Assassination Records Review Board,” is a look inside the ARRB that examines the facts the Board uncovered, specifically its focus on the medical evidence.
